CNTR is a collection of 22 buildings, formerly named Fedimmo, originally conceived as institutional real estate for the Belgian state. Being currently or historically occupied as office spaces for federal public services, they are settled on key locations in cities spread across Belgium. The CNTR portfolio was therefore aptly renamed after its unifying common denominator: all are located in the centre of regional Belgian cities.
Over the coming years the CNTR buildings will be thoroughly redeveloped or repositioned depending on the local and regional context. In keeping with the DWNTWN core values this transition will take into consideration sustainable & future-proof factors, circular construction, local collaboration, neighbourhood activation & multi-modal accessibility.
