SEVEN
Brussels’ north district is a textbook example of an administrative office area that is about to undergo a dramatic transformation in the next decade. Having been the home to several government administrations for a long time, the north district will rapidly change under the impulse of new entrants and ambitious mixed-use (re) developments. Seven was the first project we developed from A to Z and also the very first passive redevelopment on the market in this area. Offering a mix of co-working and offices, in a nearly zero energy building.
