The redevelopment of this building was a thorough and future-proof activation. Originally built in the 1970’s as the Belgian IBM headquarters designed by Walter Bresseleers, the tower was one of the few remaining office buildings in the Brussels skyline showcasing its original aesthetics. Its distinct architectural characteristics were purposely preserved throughout the transformation. Renovations converted the building to a vibrant multi-tenant location. The office spaces are home to several companies, including a multinational communication company and a sustainability consultant. Victoria also welcomed boutique hotel brand The Hoxton and its affiliate restaurant, café and rooftop bar, as well as the first European location of their co-working Working From. Victoria lives up to the highest standards of sustainable development and has transformed the building into a lively mixed-use tower connecting the Brussels North business district with the city centre.
