The redevelopment of this building will be a thorough future-proof activation. Victoria will live up to the highest standards of sustainable development and transform the building into a lively mixed-use tower connecting the Brussels North business district with the city centre. Originally built in the 1970’s as the Belgian IBM headquarters designed by Walter Bresseleers, the tower is one of the few remaining office buildings in the Brussels skyline showcasing its original aesthetics. Its distinct architectural characteristics are a quality that will therefore be treasured throughout the transformation. Renovations are converting the building to a vibrant multi-tenant location. The office spaces will be home to WPP group, a multinational communication company. Victoria will also welcome boutique hotel brand The Hoxton and its affiliate restaurant, café and co-working, as well as a rooftop bar.
